SamBoad Holdings Ltd is a wholly Ghanaian-owned holding company committed to driving impact-driven growth through strategic investments in business solutions, publishing, logistics, risk management, and social innovation. We are proud to own 100% shares in two key subsidiaries—SamBoad Business Group Ltd and SamBoad Publishing Ltd—through which we execute our vision of building trusted brands that empower communities and transform industries.

Founded by Samuel Kwame Boadu, the SamBoad story began in 2014 with SamBoad Ventures, a modest mobile money and retail agency. In 2021, the business transitioned into SamBoad Business Group Ltd, now one of our flagship subsidiaries with a diversified structure. In 2025, we further expanded by establishing SamBoad Publishing Ltd, solidifying our media footprint in Ghana and across Africa.

A direct conversion from SamBoad Ventures in 2021, it serves as our business innovation arm. It manages three specialized subsidiaries:

SamBoad Media Consult – A media and digital marketing agency delivering branding, PR, and creative solutions for top-tier brands.
SamBoad Express – A logistics and courier services unit partnering with industry leaders like DHL and Bolt Food to provide reliable last-mile delivery.
SamBoad Risk Management – A commission-based financial advisory and insurance brokerage firm.

Registered in 2025, this entity manages our online news and publishing platforms, which include:

Accra Street Journal – A streetwise digital publication offering insight-driven business, lifestyle, and startup content.
SKB Journal – A trusted source for news on sports, health, education, entrepreneurship, and innovation in Ghana.
